How it works

No fire, no waiting, no fuss. Set the temperature once and your tub stays ready, whenever the mood takes you.

  1. Set your temperature

Choose your temperature on the simple touchscreen panel. Just the number you want.

  2. It heats & holds

The integrated heater brings the water up to temperature and holds it there automatically.

  3. Jets & lighting on

Switch on the massage jets and the soft ambient lighting, all from the same panel.

  4. Step in & relax

With the heat already there, a soak is never more than a moment away.

Good to know: day to day there’s very little to do. The easy-access filter rinses clean in minutes, and the insulated body and cover keep running costs low. Keep the water balanced with a suitable sanitiser; the water-care pack in our builder has everything you need to start.

Before it arrives

What your tub needs

A solid, level base and a power supply. No plumbing or water connection, and we’re always happy to advise on your spot before you order.

Minimum supported base

2-person2038 × 1531.5 mm~1,200 kg filled (500 kg empty + water)
4-person2038 × 2009.5 mm~1,700 kg filled (600 kg empty + water)

The base must support the tub’s full footprint, so it’s fully supported across its full width and length. Heights are to the top of the tub body, excluding the cover.

A level base and a power supply

  • Concrete: a level slab at least 100mm thick on a well-compacted MOT Type 1 sub-base (min 75mm deep). The most reliable option.
  • Paving slabs: laid flat and level on a well-compacted MOT Type 1 sub-base (min 75mm deep).
  • Decking: only if it’s solidly built and rated for the full weight of the tub, water and bathers.
  • Adjustable feet on both sizes fine-tune small variations in level on the day.
  • Power: a dedicated 32A supply in the UK and Europe, connected by your electrician. No water connection or plumbing needed.

Delivery

Getting it into place

Your tub arrives as a single unit. In the UK, our team installs it and arranges the lift if it’s needed, with any crane or telehandler hire included in your quote.

A telehandler lifting a tub

If it can be driven to the spot

A telehandler lifts the tub off the delivery truck and drives it to where it will sit. It needs a firm, fairly level route from the road, wide enough for the machine.

A crane lifting a tub over a building

If it has to go over a house or wall

A crane lifts the tub over buildings, walls or fences and sets it down in place. We’ll check where the crane can park and for overhead cables or trees.

Outside the UK, both can be hired locally with an operator, and we’ll send your lifting company the dimensions, weight and lifting details. The tub weighs around 500 kg (2-person) or 600 kg (4-person) empty.

Questions

Good to know

Still have questions? Ask us

How much power does the tub need?

A dedicated power supply, with no water connection or plumbing. In the UK and Europe, that’s a 32A supply. In the USA, it’s a dedicated 240 V, 40 A circuit, installed by a licensed electrician. The 3 kW heater maintains the water temperature automatically, so the tub is ready whenever you want it.

How noisy are the pumps?

The tub runs at a low noise level in circulation mode, thanks to anti-vibration mounts and the motor design. It’s comparable to a modern fridge, around 40 dB or lower.

Can I use the tub in winter?

Yes. All our tubs are fully insulated and come with an insulated cover, giving excellent heat retention and comfortable year-round use, even in colder temperatures.

What are the lead times?

Every tub is handbuilt to order in our Dorset workshop, which takes 12–16 weeks from order. In the UK, delivery and optional installation are usually scheduled within a week of completion. Shipping to Europe takes around 1–2 weeks, and to the USA around 4–5 weeks, door to door. Rest of the world: shipping time on application.

Do you offer installation?

In the UK, yes. Most installs take a day. Pricing is £650 within 100 miles of our Dorset workshop and £930 within 200 miles. Beyond that, price on application. Outside the UK, we deliver your tub and work with your local builder or electrician, advising on siting, the base and the power connection.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes. Each tub is delivered fully assembled and fully insured in transit, and can travel in a secure, custom-built timber crate. For European orders, prices are shown excluding VAT, and local VAT is payable on delivery. For the rest of the world, local import taxes and duties are payable on delivery. US customers can see US pricing and shipping here.

How do I pay?

All prices are in pounds sterling. UK prices include VAT. A 50% deposit secures your build slot, and the balance is due one week before delivery (UK) or one week before shipping (outside the UK).

What is the warranty?

We offer a 10-year structural warranty on the stainless steel shell and Kebony timber, covering manufacturing defects and material failure. Heating equipment, pumps, plumbing and electrical components, and the lid and steps, are covered for 2 years. Normal wear, natural weathering of the timber and maintenance items are excluded. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

How do I look after the stainless steel?

Wipe with a soft microfibre cloth, always in the direction of the grain to preserve the brushed finish. A gentle stainless cleaner handles light marks. For water spots or limescale, a limescale spray works well but must be rinsed off and dried. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh chemicals.

How do I look after the Kebony timber?

Kebony is low maintenance by design. No sealing or oiling is required, and it weathers naturally to a silver-grey patina. To keep the original brown colour, apply a clear UV-protective finish annually. Clean once or twice a year with warm water and mild detergent, using a soft brush rather than a pressure washer.
