Returns Policy for Tubmarine Stainless Steel Spa Products
At Tubmarine, we specialise in crafting premium stainless steel spa products, each manufactured to order. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, the following returns policy applies.
Made-to-Order Products
All Tubmarine spa products are manufactured specifically to the customer’s order. As such, orders for made-to-order or customised products are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by law.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We ask that any issues are reported promptly and supported with photographs where possible to allow us to investigate efficiently.
Damage in Transit
Any visible damage should be noted on delivery and reported to us immediately. Concealed damage should be reported as soon as it becomes apparent.

Tubmarine Spa Products – Terms of Service
Welcome to Tubmarine. Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before placing an order.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, except where required by law.
We offer the option of a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance payable prior to dispatch or installation.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of order or in accordance with the agreed deposit arrangement.
We accept payment by bank transfer.
Customisation
Our products are manufactured to order.
Any bespoke specifications or custom finishes must be confirmed at the time of order.
Lead Times
Estimated lead times are provided at the time of order.
While we endeavour to meet all stated lead times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
Delivery and Installation
Delivery or installation will be scheduled once the product is complete.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate access and delivery information. Additional costs resulting from incorrect information may be charged.
Product Characteristics
Our products are handmade from stainless steel. While every effort is made to achieve a flawless finish, minor marks or variations may occur and are considered part of the character of a handcrafted product.
Returns and Refunds
As our products are made to order, refunds are not available once production has commenced, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, and intellectual property associated with Tubmarine products remain the property of Tubmarine Ltd.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter where liability cannot legally be excluded.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products.
