316 marine-grade stainless steel

The whole tub is built from 316 marine-grade stainless steel — the same alloy specified for boat fittings and coastal hardware. It shrugs off salt and weather without rusting or staining, so it stays looking new for years.

Built to last outdoors
02

Kebony timber cladding

Clad in Kebony — a modified hardwood that weathers to a soft natural silver and needs no oiling, staining or annual upkeep. Beautiful on the first day and a decade in, with none of the maintenance ordinary timber demands.

No aftercare required
03

Integrated log store

A log store is built right into the base, keeping a dry supply of firewood exactly where you need it — tucked neatly out of sight beneath the tub and always to hand when it's time to light up.

Firewood, always ready
04

Tap for filling & cooling

An easy-access tap lets you fill the tub and cool the water by hand, giving you simple, precise control over the temperature on the day — top up with cold whenever your soak gets a touch too warm.

The Ritual

How it works

A wood-fired soak is wonderfully simple. No controls, no plumbing to wrestle with — just water, fire and a little patience.

Step 01

Fill the tub

Fill with fresh water from the tap. That’s all the setup it needs — no pipework, no power.

Step 02

Light the fire

Light the burner and keep it fed with dry logs. The integrated log store keeps fuel close to hand.

Step 03

Cover & heat

Keep the insulated lid on while it heats — it holds the warmth in and brings the tub up to temperature far faster.

Step 04

Check & stir

After about an hour, give the water a good mix. Heat rises, so stirring brings the warm top layer down through the cooler water below.

Step 05

Soak & adjust

Step in and enjoy. If it ever gets a touch too warm, just open the tap to top up with cold and bring it back to your perfect temperature.

Step 06

Drain after use

When you’re done, the fast-drain valve empties the tub in minutes — out onto the garden if you like, or away to a drain.

Heat-up time is typically 2–2.5 hours for the 2-person tub and 2.5–3 hours for the 4–6 person, from cold. No chemicals are needed for a single soak — a simple rinse keeps it fresh.

Everything you need to know about wood-fired tubs, installation and care.

A level, stable base is essential — concrete, decking, or compacted gravel all work well. We assess your garden during the enquiry and advise on preparation. Most gardens need minimal work. We'll guide you through it.
Lead time is typically 12–14 weeks from order confirmation. Each tub is handbuilt to order in our English workshop. Rush options are sometimes available — ask us directly and we'll explore what's possible.
Yes. You can drain after each use or leave water in for multiple soaks. The stainless steel resists rust and corrosion. If leaving water in, a simple rinse keeps it clean — no chemical treatment required.
Fill the tub with fresh water, light the fire with dry logs and keep it stocked. Stir the water regularly while heating as the top warms faster than the bottom. Once at temperature, step in and enjoy. After use, drain within a couple of days. No chemicals needed.
Yes — all our tubs are fully insulated and come with an insulated cover, making them suitable for year-round use in all weather conditions.
Yes, we offer UK-wide installation. Most installations take a day. Pricing starts at £650 within 100 miles of our Dorset workshop, £930 within 200 miles. Beyond that, price on application. We also ship worldwide.
We offer a 10-year structural warranty on the stainless steel shell, covering manufacturing defects and material failure. Normal wear, wood staining, and maintenance items are excluded. Full terms available on request.
Kebony timber is low maintenance by design. No sealing or oiling is required — it weathers naturally to a silver-grey patina over time. Clean once or twice a year with warm water and mild detergent. If you prefer to preserve the original colour, apply a clear UV-protective wood finish annually.
