Yes. The tub is designed specifically for urban spaces and can be installed in courtyard gardens, terraces, and patios, provided there is a suitable level base and access for delivery.
To make installation easier, the side panels can be removed and the tub rotated onto its side. A set of transport wheels allows it to pass through standard doorways and narrow access points where required.

However, this compact two-person soaking tub is designed for straightforward curbside delivery and self-installation. In most cases, no specialist installation is required beyond a suitable outdoor weatherproof power socket with RCD protection.Installation pricing and options are outlined further down the page.

We recommend using bromine rather than chlorine for the two person soaking tub.
Bromine is generally gentler on the skin and eyes, particularly at warm soaking temperatures, and produces less odour than chlorine. It is also less aggressive on stainless steel, making it well suited to marine grade stainless steel tubs.
Because the tub is compact and designed for regular use, water volumes are lower than larger hot tubs and chemical levels can be kept stable with minimal adjustment. Showering before use also helps reduce the amount of treatment required.
Bromine tablets and test kits are widely available online and easy to manage as part of routine water care. We provide clear guidance on setup and ongoing maintenance once your tub is delivered.

The soaking tub simply requires a level, stable surface such as a patio, paving, or well-constructed decking area. No specialist groundwork is normally required.
The surface should be flat, strong, and fully support the footprint of the tub when in use. Most existing garden patios or terraces are suitable.

Use a soft microfiber cloth to clean all stainless steel surfaces.
Always wipe in the direction of the grain to preserve the brushed finish.
For light marks and daily use, we recommend using a gentle stainless steel cleaner such as Cif Perfect Finish Stainless Steel Cleaner.
For removing water spots or limescale, Cif Limescale Remover Spray works well—but it must be thoroughly rinsed off with clean water and then dried with a microfiber cloth to prevent new marks.
Tub Interior Cleaning:
A soft-bristled broom is ideal for sweeping out the floor of the tub, allowing you to clean without stepping inside.
Only clean the tub interior when fully drained.
Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners that could damage the surfaces or affect water quality.
Regular care like this will help keep your Tubmarine looking its best and performing well for years to come.

Kebony is a natural wood product treated for durability, making it low maintenance by design. However, there are a few things you can do to keep it looking its best:
No sealing or oiling is required – Kebony is designed to weather naturally to a silver-grey patina over time when exposed to sun and rain.
If you prefer to preserve the original brown colour, you can apply a clear UV-protective wood finish annually.
Clean the surface once or twice a year with warm water and a mild detergent to remove dirt, pollen, or algae.
For stubborn grime or stains, use a soft brush or cloth—never a pressure washer, as this can damage the surface fibres.
If needed, you can lightly sand the surface to remove marks or restore a smoother appearance.
Avoid leaving damp items or planters directly on the wood for extended periods, as this can trap moisture and cause discolouration.
