Running costs: The integrated 2 kW electric heater is designed to maintain temperature rather than continuously reheat the water. Once your chosen temperature is reached, the system only activates as needed, helping to keep everyday energy usage efficient.

UK customers can reserve a place in the June build schedule with a £500 reservation, fully credited against the final purchase.
Once your tub enters confirmed production, a 50% deposit is requested, with the remaining balance due prior to dispatch.

However, this compact two-person soaking tub is designed for straightforward curbside delivery and self-installation. In most cases, no specialist installation is required beyond a suitable outdoor weatherproof power socket with RCD protection.Installation pricing and options are outlined further down the page.

The two-person soaking tub includes a 5-year structural warranty covering the stainless steel tub body, framework, and Kebony timber cladding.
All electrical components, including the heater, pump, and touchscreen control system, are covered by a 2-year electrical warranty. -

All our hot tubs and ice baths are meticulously handcrafted in Dorset, England.

The soaking tub simply requires a level, stable surface such as a patio, paving, or well-constructed decking area. No specialist groundwork is normally required.
The surface should be flat, strong, and fully support the footprint of the tub when in use. Most existing garden patios or terraces are suitable.

Operates at a low noise level during circulation mode thanks to anti-vibration mounts and efficient motor design, typically comparable to a modern household fridge.

As this is a newly released product, initial production slots are limited.
Estimated first deliveries are expected from June, with individual delivery dates confirmed once an order and build slot are secured.Delivery and optional installation are typically scheduled shortly after completion.

Use a soft microfiber cloth to clean all stainless steel surfaces.
Always wipe in the direction of the grain to preserve the brushed finish.
For light marks and daily use, we recommend using a gentle stainless steel cleaner such as Cif Perfect Finish Stainless Steel Cleaner.
For removing water spots or limescale, Cif Limescale Remover Spray works well—but it must be thoroughly rinsed off with clean water and then dried with a microfiber cloth to prevent new marks.
Tub Interior Cleaning:
A soft-bristled broom is ideal for sweeping out the floor of the tub, allowing you to clean without stepping inside.
Only clean the tub interior when fully drained.
Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners that could damage the surfaces or affect water quality.
Regular care like this will help keep your Tubmarine looking its best and performing well for years to come.

Kebony is a natural wood product treated for durability, making it low maintenance by design. However, there are a few things you can do to keep it looking its best:
No sealing or oiling is required – Kebony is designed to weather naturally to a silver-grey patina over time when exposed to sun and rain.
If you prefer to preserve the original brown colour, you can apply a clear UV-protective wood finish annually.
Clean the surface once or twice a year with warm water and a mild detergent to remove dirt, pollen, or algae.
For stubborn grime or stains, use a soft brush or cloth—never a pressure washer, as this can damage the surface fibres.
If needed, you can lightly sand the surface to remove marks or restore a smoother appearance.
Avoid leaving damp items or planters directly on the wood for extended periods, as this can trap moisture and cause discolouration.
