Two-Person Soaking Tub
The soaking tub
New for 2026 — handbuilt to order
Touchscreen control
Set your temperature and lighting from a simple touch panel on the rim. The integrated heater holds the water at temperature automatically, so your tub is ready the moment you are.
Set it and step in316 marine-grade stainless steel
The internal shell and exterior panels are built from 316 marine-grade stainless steel — the same alloy used for boat fittings. Hygienic, corrosion-resistant and made to stay looking new for years outdoors.
Built to last outdoorsKebony timber cladding
Clad in Kebony — a modified hardwood that weathers to a soft natural silver and needs no oiling or staining. Beautiful from day one, with none of the upkeep ordinary timber demands.
No aftercare requiredEasy-access filter
The filter sits within easy reach for cleaning — no dismantling, no tools. With the tub’s smaller water volume, keeping it fresh is a simple, quick job rather than a chore.
Simple maintenanceFits through standard doorways
Rotated onto its side, the tub presents just a 650mm profile and rolls on integrated wheels through standard doorways and narrow access points. Ideal for townhouses and courtyards with no rear access.
Made for urban spacesFully insulated body
The body is fully insulated and arrives with an insulated cover, so it holds heat efficiently between soaks — keeping the tub ready to use and running costs low, all year round.

How it works
No fire, no waiting, no fuss. Set the temperature once and your tub stays ready — whenever the mood takes you.
Step 01
Set your temperature
Choose your temperature on the simple touchscreen panel. No fires, no guesswork — just the number you want.
Step 02
It heats & holds
The integrated heater brings the water to temperature and holds it there automatically, so the tub is always ready when you are.
Step 03
Lighting on
Switch on the soft ambient lighting for evenings — a gentle glow across the water, set from the same touch panel.
Step 04
Step in & relax
That’s it — step in and enjoy. With the heat already there, a soak is never more than a moment away.
Day to day there’s very little to do — the easy-access filter rinses clean in minutes, and the insulated body and cover keep running costs low. No jets, no bubbles, no fire — just calm, still water, always ready.
Before it arrives
What your tub needs to sit on.
The soaking tub is light and easy to place — but like any filled tub it still wants a flat, level, load-bearing base. Here’s what works, and we’re always happy to advise on your spot before you order.
Recommended base size
2284 × 1184 mm
~1,100 kg filled (tub + water)
Match the base to the tub’s footprint so it’s fully supported across its full width and length.
A level, load-bearing surface
- Decking: a solidly built deck is perfectly fine — the soaking tub is light enough to suit most well-made decking.
- Paving slabs: laid flat and level on a well-compacted MOT Type 1 sub-base (min 75mm deep).
- Concrete: a level slab at least 100mm thick, laid on a well-compacted MOT Type 1 sub-base (min 75mm deep) — the most solid, permanent base of all.
Adjustable feet
The soaking tub has adjustable feet, so small variations in level can be fine-tuned on the day — but the base itself should still be as flat and firm as possible. It runs from a standard 13-amp plug, with no water connection or plumbing to prepare.

Questions
Find answers to common questions.
Everything you need to know about the two-person soaking tub, installation and care.
Yes. The tub is designed specifically for urban spaces and can be installed in courtyard gardens, terraces and patios, provided there is a suitable level base and access for delivery.
To make installation easier, the side panels can be removed and the tub rotated onto its side. A set of transport wheels then allows it to pass through standard doorways and narrow access points where required.
If you’re unsure about access, we’re happy to advise before you order.
In most cases, no. This compact soaking tub is designed for straightforward curbside delivery and self-installation, using a standard 13-amp plug-and-play supply — all you need is a suitable outdoor weatherproof socket with RCD protection.
If you’d prefer us to handle it, we offer a professional installation service across the UK mainland. Pricing starts from £650 within 100 miles and £930 within 200 miles, with prices beyond that on application.
We recommend bromine rather than chlorine for the soaking tub. It’s generally gentler on skin and eyes at warm soaking temperatures, produces less odour, and is less aggressive on stainless steel.
Because the tub is compact, water volumes are low and chemical levels stay stable with minimal adjustment. Showering before use also helps keep treatment to a minimum. Bromine tablets and test kits are widely available and easy to manage, and we provide clear guidance on setup and ongoing care once your tub is delivered.
The soaking tub includes a 5-year structural warranty covering the stainless steel body, framework and Kebony timber cladding. All electrical components — the heater, pump and touchscreen control — are covered by a 2-year electrical warranty.
The internal shell and exterior panels are 316 marine-grade stainless steel, supported by a powder-coated steel framework for strength and stability. Selected areas are finished with Kebony® timber, a sustainable, high-performance wood chosen for its stability, low maintenance and natural finish.
These materials are selected for their resistance to weather, their hygiene and their longevity — so the tub keeps both its appearance and performance over time.
Simply a level, stable surface — a patio, paving or well-constructed decking area. No specialist groundwork is normally required. The surface should be flat, strong, and able to fully support the footprint of the tub when in use. Most existing garden patios or terraces are suitable.
Very quiet. During circulation it runs at a low noise level thanks to anti-vibration mounts and an efficient motor — typically comparable to a modern household fridge.
Each tub is handbuilt to order, with a typical lead time of 14–16 weeks from order. As this is a newly released product, build slots are limited and scheduled on a first-come basis — your delivery date is confirmed once an order and slot are secured.
All our hot tubs, soaking tubs and ice baths are meticulously handcrafted in Dorset, England.
Stainless steel: wipe with a soft microfibre cloth in the direction of the grain. For light marks, a gentle stainless steel cleaner works well; for water spots or limescale, a limescale remover spray can be used, then rinsed off with clean water and dried. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals.
Kebony timber: no sealing or oiling is needed — it weathers naturally to a silver-grey patina. If you prefer to keep the original brown, apply a clear UV-protective wood finish once a year. Clean once or twice a year with warm water and mild detergent, and avoid pressure washers.
Each tub is delivered fully assembled and securely enclosed in a custom-built timber crate for maximum protection in transit. Every shipment is fully insured from dispatch to delivery, giving you complete peace of mind.
