Below the reference.  While I hope it helps your business, it's also reflects my gratitude to you and the team at Tubmarine.  I didn't get chance to thank you last year, as I'm currently renovating our chalet, as well as holding down my job and medical devices engineer, but it's really a fantastic product you've come up with, so well thought out, manufactured and it just works effortlessly and smoothly. It's been a real luxury for us to look forward to each weekend. 

Overall the whole process from initial sales questions, to shipping and installation went very smoothly. 

As a private customer based in Switzerland we'd found Tubmarine through online searches when looking for wood-fired hot-tubs.  The team at Tubmarine were really helpful in providing rapid responses to any questions we had, as well as giving additional details on material specifications, photo's and videos of their products, to help us decide. This was much appreciated given we weren't able to see their hot tubs in person.  Tubmarine took care of all the customs paperwork and shipping details, leaving us only to meet the delivery driver on the day of the delivery for the offloading of the hot tub.  It arrived in perfect condition, already assembled in it's own protective crate.  Tubmarine provided us with advice on preparation of the base for the tub, along with detailed guide for installation and schematics of how to disassemble and reassemble the hot tub into pieces. This was essential for us, as access to the site was difficult, thus between 4 people we were able to split the hot tub into pieces and move it by hand into position.  

Visually the exterior look of the tub is every bit as good as Tubmarine's photo's and video.  I can confirm that internally this high quality finish continues, and I'm particularly impressed with the overall design and quality of the workmanship that's gone into their product. Weld's and fixtures which are only visible when you take their tub to pieces, are of a super high quality, and you really have the impression alot of care and attention has gone into the design, engineering and manufacture of their products. 

Operationally the hot tub is very easy. We have the 2 person hot tub, which takes about 2h to heat, and the fire is very easy to light and keep going. It's been very easy to get the hang of getting the right water temperature to be able to sit in the tub for 1-2h at a time. Seating is very comfortable inside the tub due to the reclined position, and the wooden area above the firebox and wood store, makes an excellent place for placing towels/ drinks or just sitting on.

Seeing how the hot tub survived its first winter of use in the Swiss mountains, covered in snow and ice, I have the impression there's going to be many years of enjoyment to come.

The entire process with you and your team was handled with great attention and perseverance. The shipping confusion due to COVID could have been a huge nightmare but you guys were awesome in anticipating our needs and getting everything sorted out. 

The quality and design of the 4 person wood-fired tub was incredible. After unpacking the tub we found all the parts beautifully packaged for shipping and all the fittings we needed for installation were safely wrapped inside. 

Since this tub delivery we have reached out to learn more about your other tubs and plunges and the customer service from you and your team after the sale was been great.
