Every Tubmarine hot tub and ice bath is built using premium marine-grade stainless steel and Kebony® wood — a sustainable, high-performance material known for its durability and beautiful finish. These materials are chosen for their resilience in all weather conditions, low maintenance, and timeless aesthetic, ensuring your Tubmarine stays looking and performing at its best for years to come.
-
All our hot tubs and ice baths are meticulously handcrafted in Dorset, England.
-
We recommend a level concrete base at least 100mm thick, laid over a well-compacted MOT Type 1 sub-base (min 75mm deep). This ensures stability and proper drainage. Paving slabs or timber decking are acceptable alternatives, provided they're laid on an equally stable and level foundation capable of supporting the tub's weight when filled with water and users. The base must also be sized to match the specific tub model ordered, ensuring full contact and support across the footprint.
-
Our fully electric tubs require a 32A electrical supply for safe and efficient operation.
-
Pump: Operates at a low noise level when in circulation mode, thanks to anti-vibration mounts and motor design-comparable to a modern fridge (~40 dB or lower).
Chiller (TK3000): Emits 54.5 dB(A) at 1 metre-roughly equivalent to a quiet conversation or background office noise.
-
Yes! All our hot tubs are fully insulated and come with fully insulated lids, ensuring excellent heat retention and comfortable year-round use - even in colder temperatures.
-
Our current production lead time is 12-14 weeks. Delivery and optional installation are usually scheduled within one week of completion.

Use a soft microfiber cloth to clean all stainless steel surfaces.
Always wipe in the direction of the grain to preserve the brushed finish.
For light marks and daily use, we recommend using a gentle stainless steel cleaner such as Cif Perfect Finish Stainless Steel Cleaner.
For removing water spots or limescale, Cif Limescale Remover Spray works well—but it must be thoroughly rinsed off with clean water and then dried with a microfiber cloth to prevent new marks.
Tub Interior Cleaning:
A soft-bristled broom is ideal for sweeping out the floor of the tub, allowing you to clean without stepping inside.
Only clean the tub interior when fully drained.
Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners that could damage the surfaces or affect water quality.
Regular care like this will help keep your Tubmarine looking its best and performing well for years to come.

Kebony is a natural wood product treated for durability, making it low maintenance by design. However, there are a few things you can do to keep it looking its best:
No sealing or oiling is required – Kebony is designed to weather naturally to a silver-grey patina over time when exposed to sun and rain.
If you prefer to preserve the original brown colour, you can apply a clear UV-protective wood finish annually.
Clean the surface once or twice a year with warm water and a mild detergent to remove dirt, pollen, or algae.
For stubborn grime or stains, use a soft brush or cloth—never a pressure washer, as this can damage the surface fibres.
If needed, you can lightly sand the surface to remove marks or restore a smoother appearance.
Avoid leaving damp items or planters directly on the wood for extended periods, as this can trap moisture and cause discolouration.
-
Each Tubmarine hot tub is delivered fully assembled and securely enclosed in a custom-built timber crate for maximum protection during international shipping. Every shipment is fully insured throughout transit, giving you complete peace of mind from dispatch to delivery.
