Working closely with skilled engineers, fabricators, and specialist suppliers across the UK and Europe, every detail has been refined—from materials and structure to performance and finish. Each design is the result of years of hands-on development, testing, and real-world use.

Every tub is made to order. We’ll confirm your estimated build slot once your order is agreed.

You’ll receive a confirmation email along with your deposit invoice. Once we receive your deposit, we’ll lock in your order and begin preparing materials.
Timeline: Within 1–2 business days

We begin by precision laser-cutting all stainless steel components. Our slot-and-tab design system ensures accuracy and consistency during assembly. The flat sections are folded and passed to our welding team, who TIG weld the tub’s structural framework.
Timeline: Weeks 1–6

Once fabrication is complete, our expert polishers get to work. Every weld is carefully cleaned, and all external welds are polished by hand to create a seamless, refined finish. This is a meticulous process carried out by specialists who understand the detail and finish expected in a premium product. Some components are also sent off-site for professional powder coating.

Our skilled carpenters individually select, cut, and profile each piece of timber in-house. The side panels and top decks are crafted with care and mounted onto their stainless steel frames with precision. It’s this combination of natural material and craftsmanship that gives each tub its unique character.

Our fitting team brings everything together — installing insulation, integrating electrical components (where required), and completing the final assembly. Each tub is then fully water-tested to ensure all systems are operating perfectly before dispatch.

We will be in touch to confirm your final delivery address, schedule your delivery and (if selected) installation date.

We offer curb-side delivery or full installation at your location (installation available across most of the UK).

Tubmarine Warranty
10 Year Structural Warranty
Covers all stainless steel components against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
2 Year Electrical Warranty
Covers heaters, pumps, chillers, and control systems.
10 Year Kebony Wood Warranty
Covers against rot and decay under normal use conditions. Kebony is a natural wood product-some surface checking or weathering is normal and not considered a defect.
Exclusions: Accidental damage or misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, use of non-approved chemicals
